BUZZ Cards give people a structured way to surface those differences and talk about them with curiosity.
They are not designed to diagnose anyone, put people into boxes or tell you what type of person you are. They simply help make the invisible parts of working together easier to notice, explain and understand.

How they are used

You do not need to read every word or choose one card that defines you. Select what feels relevant, compare perspectives and get curious about what others may not be able to see.
BUZZ Cards can support team workshops, leadership conversations, coaching and regular team check-ins. The aim is not perfect agreement. It is better understanding and more deliberate ways of working together.
